Shift Supervisor & Supervision

• Oversees staff during shifts, ensures safety rules are followed, and maintains smooth guest flow.

• Handles customer issues, coordinates staff, and maintains facility upkeep during operations.

Front Desk Operations

• Greets guests, checks waivers, processes payments, and manages ticket and party check-ins.

• Sells socks, food, snacks, and add-ons while delivering excellent customer service.

• Answers phones, provides park information, and supports scheduling and reservations.

• Ensures a clean and organized environment.

Party Coordination 

• Calls and confirms birthday parties before their scheduled date.

• Works with the front desk and floor team to ensure parties run smoothly and on schedule.

• Prepares party tables, welcomes groups, manages party timelines, and assists with setup and cleanup.

Floor Safety

• Monitors trampoline courts, foam pits, and play zones for safe behavior.

• Enforces rules, assists guests when needed.

• Ensures a clean and organized environment.

Gel Blaster Operations & Cleaning

• Runs gel blaster sessions, provides safety briefings, and monitors games.

• Ensures all players wear protective gear and play responsibly.

• Ensures a clean and organized environment.
