Where is Funtastic! located?
We’re at 200 Eastview Mall Dr, Victor, NY 14564. Funtastic! is attached to Eastview Mall, with its own exterior entrance behind Dick’s House of Sport. See Hours & Directions.
 
Is Funtastic! inside Eastview Mall?
No. There is no entrance from inside the shopping mall. Please use our separate exterior entrance behind Dick’s House of Sport.
 
Where should we park and enter?
We share the mall parking lot. Park near our exterior entrance behind Dick’s House of Sport, and look for the colorful Funtastic! sign and green-and-white entrance doors. Find our entrance.
 
What are your operating hours?
Wednesday–Thursday: 10 AM–6 PM. Friday–Saturday: 10 AM–9 PM. Sunday: 10 AM–6 PM. Monday–Tuesday are for private events only. Last admission is one hour before closing. View Hours & Directions.
 

 Do visitors need to sign a waiver?
Yes! Everyone entering Funtastic! Adventure Park must have a completed waiver, including children, parents, guardians, and spectators—even if they are not participating in any attractions.

 

Parents or legal guardians must complete the waiver for minors.

 

To save time at check-in, we recommend completing your waiver online before your visit.

What ages can enjoy Funtastic!?
Our Trampoline Zone welcomes all ages. KidZone is for children 48 inches and under. Gel Blaster has no minimum age requirement; children can participate independently when they and their parents are comfortable. Explore our attractions.
 
What is the KidZone height limit?
KidZone is for children 48 inches and under.
 
Can parents enter KidZone?
No. Parents do not enter KidZone.
 
Is there a minimum age for Gel Blaster?
No. Gel Blaster has no minimum age requirement. Children can participate independently if they and their parents are comfortable.
 
What are Glow Nights, and when are they offered?
Glow Nights bring glow lighting and music to the Trampoline Zone on Fridays and Saturdays, 6–9 PM. See Pricing & Passes for Glow Jump options.
